"Gone Girl" is an amazing thriller of a wife who goes missing while planning for her fifth marriage anniversary. The husband finds himself implicated in her missing. He has to make use of the clues that his wife has left him in the anniversary treasure hunt to learn more about her and her disappearance.

With an interleaved (husband and wife's accounts) narration and gripping storyline, this book is a worthwhile read.
